INSPIRATION

This kind of an initiative is already prevalent in South Africa and is called Positive Discrimination or Affirmative action which is in operation for the last several years. This basically means discrimination in favor of individuals belonging to a group considered to be disadvantaged or underprivileged. This has been very successful and has evoked huge response from the industry as well as the society. We at ICFe have also received an encouraging response from the Industry as well as the Industry associations for our programme.
